How much does a ticket or table cost?
A gala ticket is $400; tables of 10 are $4,000. Event net proceeds benefit Midway's DJO Global “No Child Left Ashore Scholarship Fund”, our on-board K-8 educational program, and a majority of the cost is tax-deductible. The innovative, hands-on program teaches science, technology, engineering and math (S.T.E.M.) to students K-12. Where should I park, and how much will it cost?
Parking on the pier immediately next to the Midway will be free for the evening, for all paid gala attendees only. A parking attendant will be stationed at the lot’s entrance, checking attendees’ names on a guest list.

* Please note: Providing the names of all of guests attending – at least 2 weeks prior to the gala – will ensure that all names are included on our parking list.

What time does the gala begin and end?
The reception on the flight deck will begin at 6:00pm and will feature cocktails and hors d’œuvres. Seating will open at 7:00pm, with dinner service beginning at 7:15pm. The program will conclude around 10:00 pm.

What is the appropriate attire?
Black-tie attire is requested; men should dress in tuxedos, women in long gowns or similar formal wear. For ladies, a shawl or cover is also advised, as the entire evening will take place on Midway’s open-air flight deck.
