On August 30th, the Midway will celebrate its 6th annual gala by honoring renowned marine veterans Governor Pete Wilson and Baseball Hall of Fame Sportscaster Jerry Coleman. The black-tie event, led by Gala Chair Connie Conard, will be held on Midway's flight deck and feature fabulous entertainment and a 'legacy fly-by.' In observance of the Centennial of Naval Aviation, the 6th Annual Midway American Patriot Award will be presented to acclaimed marine veterans and American heroes Governor Pete Wilson and Sportscaster Jerry Coleman, true patriots who served their country proudly and honorably, these recipients will join a line of exceptional past honorees in receiving this award.
